What is it with Americans... you just can't get sarcasm or irony. I love those threads like Armada are making race skis... mainly cos of all the plums that cant work out this high form of humour. If it isn't american pie humour, americans just fall on their arse... mind you, you must have a slight sense of humour look at whose in charge of the country.

please dont judge american humor by a bunch of 15 year old kids who think they know everything about skiing and idolize weed, beer, smut, rasta colors, guns, ass hole attitudes, size 48 pants, big trucks, etc...

He actually had a point: the only sarcastic show i've seen on TV so far, for instance, is Seinfeld. Only one out of a zillion...
Sarcasm & irony are just not that common in the States, why do you guys get offended by his comment?

What is it with Europeans who think that our whole country supports Bush? The fucking idiot lost the popular vote if I remember correctly. So while you're busy stereotyping Americans as a bunch of McDonald's eating, American Pie loving, war supporters, just remember that it's not always the case. American Pie sucked anyway. The only reason you think that it's our favorite movie is because was so popular in Europe.

and indeed this has nothing to do with ski-ing which I'll happily agree, america rules the world or is that sarcastic..
I love the suggestion that I'm french, after all their sense of humour is slightly less developed than the americans and the germans..
