thats old news but its not a big deal. whats hte point in going to SIA if you dont need to. if they can sell their product just fine without SIA then its just a waste of money to go

it seems like its a bad thing, with line losing most of their team, and producing less skis. but at the same time they are producing the most progressive skis (ie: elizabeth and the prophet) and ive seen tons of people with lines, on the east coast at least

thats a good idea though because then when everyone the skis they will be like OH SHIT i gotta buy a pair of those cuz when u see them for the first time they will be availiable the mans got a brain and hes puttin er' to use.

they are bein more personal and i think thats a great idea cuz instead of reading about there products you can talk to the people who create and ride them directly and it makes for better oppurtunities

They are just doing what is smart for them at this time. Vegas is a very very costly experience for companies and if they can get it done without, more power to them. I hope it all comes together, I always like seeing their new stuff, and their known to host a good time at the show.

^ Yeah it's obvious that once again Line is being the first to come out and say something different. Nobody waits until Vegas to pick their Twintips any more and it's basically just to show off graphics. Spending that money regionally/locally will be way more effective, and I forsee other brands doing this in the future.

i think line should try and come up with a good twin tipped rental ski. I'd bet that rental ski contracts with resorts is a pretty big cash cow.

Think about it. When Your average 5 times a year or less skier goes to rent skis, would he rather rent the lame looking BetaCrossMaxSuperEdge 7.9 skis, or some twin tipped one with cool graphics that he can try going backwards on? If line did that and got contracts, I bet the money would be more than enough to cover whatever else they wanted to do.

yea but they would rather keep skiing to how it should be, ski and then get wasted at a bar. not some bullshit corporate event, wearing a suit to sell your newschool twin tips, what the fuck is that? do you like this direction? line got wise.
