does anyone know how to decrease the quality of a pic so it passes the 30k maximum on this site?

I am not doing the grabs because I am getting a thrill out of touching my ski-JP Auclair

Use photoshop, go to 'Save for web..' and choose jpg, and set the quality to 50% or something. Make sure the dimensions of your picture are less than 400 by 400 (or so) and make sure the dpi is at 72.
