Anyway, horses hurt. I didn't mind riding horses back when I was younger, but the damn thing kicked a door open on me. Literally knocked my ass over with a fucking door.

I dig it for the reason your getting out in the woods and theres no loud engine just two living things couoperating even if they can't speak to each other they are enjoying the same things. and fucking galloping on a horse is the shit.

and my parents are broke, and  idon't live with them so no i'm not a spoiled rich girl

same with girls we just wanna find something to do in the summer and horses is what we like to ride, they help me get my mind off things and calm me down.

I once went to a family friends farm where they had a blind horse, he was so legit cuz he would trust whatever direction you told it to go and it wasn't scared of ppl.

I saved money for 6 years to get my horses. I still pay for everything, vet bills, food, farrier visits.I do all of the work for them too, (ie moving hay which is mad heavy, feeding them at 5am and cleaning up after them) While the majority of the riding world is spoiled rich girls, there are still some honest people who work hard and ride just for fun. Its fun to ride outside in the woods or in a big field, to be out in nature while working together with a 1000 pound animal. Hate all you want, its fun as hell.

and riding does not get girls of btw haha

maybe you and your horse need to sit down and have a talk about eachother's likes and dislikes when galloping, things you can both do to make galloping more exciting for eachother so you don't have that problem anymore

Word, it helps to have money but the only way I could ride was to work at a barn. I worked  for four years and rarely had to write a check for lessons, I worked so hard for the owner lady. When you get good enough people pay you to ride their horses which is bomb.

i saved up till i was 14. and bought a horse for $750 and just sold him for $5000 cause i spent three years teaching him liberty and showjumping and some dressage

I find it funny that this is the first thing that I read after I got back from the barn. Im not rich, rather broke as hell. I pay for everything for myself and you don't get off when you ride horses, sorry to break it to you guys. But you guys are right, rich spoiled horse girls are fucking crazy, I hate them, stay away from them and never ever ever date them.

If you have never been on a horse you wouldn't understand. it is truly one of the greatest feelings ever to be riding. It's just you and him, nothing else.

This scene always makes me cry because you really just cannot describe the sensation...

not really, you don't sit on the horse unless you are in a walk, trot, or sometimes canter depending on how fast you're going. galloping, is what most people think of when a horse is mentioned. that is the four beat gait in which all 4 feet come off the ground. but i've never gotten off riding a horse and i think the only thing that is sexual is when you ride bare back.

I've got 5 at home in Florida, and I worked at Keystone Stables all summer. I don't know why I love horses exactly. I guess it is the power I have over an animal that can weigh literally a ton. I've been riding since I was 5 so riding comes natural to me. It's like skiing I guess, very adrenaline driven. I went on a camping trip with the Keystone horses to Carbondale just north of Aspen, and I'll tell ya... you would never want to consider hiking on some of the trails we took the horses on. It was crazy. I've also started a couple of my babies at home, and now they are successful show horses winning everything across the country in AQHA.

I don't know if you can compare riding horses to riding guys. I've been told that I'm good at sex. I think I am. I know I'm good at riding horses. I don't know really if they both go together.

I don't "get off" from galloping across the field bareback. Besides, hitting your cooch on the horses withers hurts. I was jumping bareback and I lost of balance and landed forward. Oww.

but I don't think that is true. I have 3 purebreads and I love them, my parents got me a separate ranch from our house that I can drive my car (just got a 2009 mustang soo sick!) 5 minutes down the road and it's just me and my horses. Well actually I can't ride all 3 at once, and I love them all the same no favorites! so i invite my 2 best friends down we usually party, get blackout invite boys over and then wake up drink bloody marrys wiht my mommy haha! clear the hangover and go riding

i like it just as much as sskiing
