Jay's Collar Appeal

After meeting Matt Harvey, Jay, Pat and Rob today I have decided to launch an appeal for Jay (rebel). Pat and Matt decided that Jay needs to wear an electric collar to punish him for carrying out stupid acts or making stupid comments whilst in the company of other people. If any one knows how or where we can obtain one of these said collars, or would like to donate to the Jay's Collar Appeal, please post below.
* Matt also wanted to buy him leg irons that would make him fall over all the time- would this be too bad???

I will now contribute to the 'Jay needs an electric collar' fund. Matt Harvey will recieve in the mail ONE brand new electric shock collar. (not really)

I sooo agree with the collar. We should definately look into this. Sarah, we should also give you a remote aswell. Then you could shock Jay from Australia. (cause you know he just did something to deserve it)

Good call Pat... cause really, at any given moment, Jay's doing something stupid,.. so no matter what, Sarah, you'll be pressing that button for a good cause.

We'll call it a humanitarian mission. Keeping Jay in check helps the entire world develop more efficiently.
