Scratch FS is my pipe ski, cause like the other dude said they're stiffer than normal park skis. Help me keep speed wall to wall. Plus i can ride 95% of the mountain with them too. I highly recommend the scratch FS.

You guys are a bunch of clowns...
You're comparing a bc ski vs a true park and pipe ski...
If you weight - 130lbs the thruster is the best option for you. It's nice and soft but will offer you the best pop for your needs.
Guys - be careful about your comments, it's not just what you like but what the kids needs...
And another thing... How do you even know how the Thrurster skis... IT's new for this season!
please.

Thrusters aren't new at all. they are 1080s with a new name and graphic. the only new twin in salomon's lineup are Foils.

there are other new twins in the lineup 2...but the important thing is that many of the members on NS have ridden the foil as it was available at the end of last year and in the southern hemi.
also, this is quite possibly one of the worst comparisons i have seen lately, unless ur thinkin about gettin both.

nope.
1080 Thruster = 04/05 1080's
1080 Flyer = 04/05 720
1080 Fish = 04/05 1080-T
1080 Gun = 04/05 Pocket Rocket
1080 Foil = new

New Scratches are definitely gonna be decent in Bc and Powder. Next to my ARV's they don't look to small at all. They have a nice big shovel on them, and the midsection is considerably wider this year. So, basically, the scratch fs is gonna be an all mountain killer. In my opinion.

I call it one of the ugliest skis ever made, and probably the #2 ski i see gapers on who think they're hot shit (#1 being the rossi B2)
