Does anyone have any idea what software they used in Pop Yer Bottlez and WSKI to make the effects that show the names? Where the lines go across the screen and flowers bloom up and all?

i was goin to get a mac so i could use final cut but the cheapest ones are like $1500 so i just bought a HP for $480. I'd like to know one that u could do that stuff for windows
