School Project - Ski/Snowboard Shop

I am doing a business plan for my Intro to Small Business class and my idea was a small ski and snowboard shop. the store would have a wide variety of skis and snowboards (mainly twin tip but some race and recreational skis) the store would also have bindings boots and appearl. I need peoples thoughts and any suggestions would be helpful. Basically tell me if you would go there or be interested in the project at all. the store would be located in either the madison or milwaukee area. Thank you.

yeah, a place to hang would be sweet. you should add some classic arcade games, like pacman and stuff. have couches and stuff.

i was thinking about that but my teacher said keep it simple, but if i did do that more people would come to the shop. oh it is also going to have a tech shop too.
