So, yeah, lots of days. park is for spring and when the rest of the mountain is boring.

Some of the best days are when they blow a shit load of snow on trails then dont groom it so its all like wales thats so much fun sometimes better then park

it is not that hard to do in the midwest especially in lower wisconsin were the parks aren't up until mid to late december. plus it is fun to just ski runs and dick around.

I ski about 60 percent of my days at mad river, so obviously no park then. the rest of the days I always ski a lot of park cause i dont get it at mad river

thats all good for seth, but I tend to learn my shit on powder days outside of the park because you have a nice soft landing when you fuck up, So to me, and its just my opinion is that you are full of shit, although I agree it is a bit close minded to not hit the park at all because it is fun, but on the rest of the mountain is where you really prove your shit not in the park with perfect inruns and landings....so you are full of shit and correct at the same time.

the reason you prefer powder hits is because you "like the soft landings" i.e. you fall alot so you need the saftey that powder provides...thats cool! I dig doing big backies into pow for the same reason....but real pros perfest their tricks in the park because you do not want to be wasting time learning on a big BC booter during a photo shoot. The park provides the repeatibility that pros need to dial in big tricks....you dont spend three days building a bid kicker just to bomb out the landing with wipeouts...each kicker only has so many good landings and grea shots before it is killed
