Thats near federation square in melbourne. Only problem jibbing that is that the handrail is a triangle shape so you have about 3mm to balance on. And the drop on the other side is about 15 metres at its highest point. Onto concrete.

a few people dropped that on a dh bike- theres a little grassy hill thingy that makes a 20 ft drop or so near there.
