Freeskier orders?

So have any of you guy's ordered freeskier shit and have it take rediculously long to get here? I ordered a hoodie like 2.5 weeks ago, and compared to the other sites i bought stuff off of (belt and backpack)on the same day, the freeskier shit is nowhere to be seen. I go to look at my order info, and it says pending, although, my credit card has been charged. Wtf?
