when did you start skiing?
I started when i was 2½ yrs old, i'm 20 now so i've been skiing longer than the average age of most kids on here !!!

the first sport i did was swimming. i was in the pool when i was a baby, and apparently i loved it. i was into that for a while, but as for skiing, i've pretty much been doing that since i was comfortably walking, so i'd say 4 (just to round up for arguments sake). now i'm 19, so yeah, a long while for sure. and not just your typical local hill hackin around. i used to go to smugglers quite often for family vacations. and for the past 7-8 years i've been to ton of bigger east coast resorts skiing 50+ days def when i was a racer.

but, this is only my 2nd year on twins. no biggie though, i've been on skis so long i have the technique, the confidence, and i'm def the daredevil type (hucking gainers off cliffs, busting out on tramp) so steppin it up shouldn't be too tough. hell, i learned backflips before i could 180s, only my, what, 3rd or 4th time out on twins? i think that speaks for itself.

Hennie's trying to tell everybody that his penis isnt 14 inches!! haha sucker! and I dont think the average age on newschoolers is super young, I think that the kids that come on here a bunch are super annoying and mistaken for young...

o and i think my first time was when i was three... but realistically like 7 when we moved to vermont, and then I actually started skiing (I skiboarded when i was little) when i was like 13

my parents skied with me in a little kiddie backpack before i could walk, like 2ish, then once i learned how to walk they taught me cuz they worked in the ski school, so thats around 4ish, then threw me into racing at 6, and ive skied almost every open day at my local mtn since. i bought my first pair of twins 3 yrs ago, quit racing last yr, im 18 now, so 14 yrs of skiing myself.

started when I was like 4 as well. Skied for about 10 years on and off. Got hurt at like 14. Stopped for 4 years. Now back strong for 4 years now. So... total of like 12 maybe.

been skiing since i was 4 started skiing 120+ when i was 14 and when i was 18 i started to do back to back winters so about 180+ days on snow and im 20 now so basicly im very pale with a permenent goggle and helmet tan

i'm 24, been skiing since i was like 3, but didn't start going seriously or with any regularity until i was 18... that's when i was able to partake in the magical goodness that is the college 5-week winter break, and student discount season passes.

Bingo....this is basically my exact story. I actually snowboarded for 3 seasons when I was 11-14 (I thought I was so cool...this would have been back in the early 90's when snowboarding was just gaining acceptance)
I work/live at a ski resort now and the last three seasons I've probably averaged 50+ days a year (not great, but okay). Probably been riding park for the last two seasons or so...

technically i started skiing when i was three til 7 then i stopped for like a year then snowboarded for 3 then just recently went back to skiing because of the insane boredom

on paper, started skiing when i was like 16 months old, but i didnt start doing anything cool til i was about 8 or 9. so on paper, 18 years, in reality, probably about 12 years.
