174 too small for a 5'10'' 160lb kid?

i have 169's and i'm 5'11 but weigh 130 so i think it has to do more with weight than height

im 5'10" 150 and ride 185's. it all depends on what your doing with the ski. if you ride alotta park and you want a quick responsive ski then go with some 174's. but if your gonna wanna rip and push your skis, you may want some extra beef under your feet

i do a bit of park but more of a skier who likes to go fast on cruising trails. im gonna bain at least 10 pounds over the next 12 months, so should i go with 179?

i think a 179 would be money, but if you want to haul a little more, i might go with an 04/05 eric pollard pro in a 186. mmmmmm. perfect one ski quiver.

and yes, those are ok for you, your only about an ince or two taller then them and some people like smaller skis

i'm 6'4" and 180 and ski 183's only because that is the biggest park skis made and they seem fine to me.

im 5'9" 170 lbs and I ski a 174 and 175 and I like em. Although, if I bought another pair of skis i'll probably try a larger size, But I don't feel like the shortness limits me at all.

dude those are perfect i rock 174 scratches and they are about the same length as the 177 chronics mine are center mounted they look kinda small but they are about eye height perfect for the amount of park compared to all mount i ride.
