does dynastar have a wood core, and what's the deal with the foils are they foam, wood, or are they really a mix?

i believe last years tms had wood, and the foils r foam

This years TMs are wood, too, but they also have a thin layer of metal from underfoot to tail. They call it "Springtail." Basically, it give you mass pop.
