Adding pom pom to a hat

i dont crochet or knit or anything, but i got a hat from logic (sick nasty fo sho) but i forgot to ask if i could get a pom pom on the top...so is it possible to do it myself?

yeah, around 150 or so gets a pretty good shaped ball, but if you want it all floppy and such, go about 50. tie it off super tight in the center, and cut the looped ends.
