AIM Virus

Ok, so yea, I got this gay virus that pulls up your away message periodically every 5 minutes, saying "Look at my new beach pics." With a link. So withouth warning, one of my friends had it, so I was like, a'ight, yea, I claicked it, mistake. I get this gay virus, wonderful.

So if anyone knows how to get rid of it, I'd be thankful.

if u have any anti virus software or spybot search and destroy...maybe try deleting every file dealing with aim and reinstall it ive not gotten that yet though

um ur fucked i had that and my whole comp crashed like 3 days later i wouldnt even turn off.... the only way ur ganna save ur comp now is formatting it which deletes everything

That's kinda general for shit. It's much easier to run AIM Fix. It worked. So yea.

AIM sucks balls... I still use it... but it has given my computer viruses left and right. One download trojan that I still haven't been able to get rid of... even after deleting everything!!!

My advice... get Miranda IM... its way way way sicker... and spyware free.
