fool proof way to make it snow

i live in calgary and it was 13 degrees today which is bullshit. the mountains have no snow so i have an idea to make it snow in the mountains. at 5:00 on december 5th i want everyone to jump up and down 10 times. it will cause enough vibrations to shake the clouds and make snow fall. i appreciate everyone's help. thanx a lot guys.
ps. i will see you on the slopes december 6th, it will be an awesome powder day.

no seriously I read this article about massive vibrations changing weather. If everyone jumps at 5 on december fifth then bam we'll create an earthquake in china killing several million people, but thats beside the point. who cares anyways. muw hahahaha. these vibrations cause friction which cause heat which causes evaporation of water an bam we got giant clouds no all you gotta do is tie a string to one and pull it over your home mountain, its that simple.
