I would be willing to sell a pair of invaders, any size, for $225 or, who ever is willing to buy at a higher price think of this as auction style

Line like every other company has an e-commerce agreement meaning for you to sell their new product online you must honor their pricing system and sell their skis at MAP, Minimum Advertised Price, which is of course $299. So selling them for less in October would not be wise. If you work for Line you suck even more because you are competing directly against your accounts. And if you are proforming these you certainly aren't doing this very lo-pro and you'll get busted. My last guess is that you're just full of shit and trying to get a bunch of kids hopes up either way you cut it you're not an honest person.

If he bought the skis for reatail he can sell them for 2 dollars if he wants line isnt going to see a penny of that n e way.
Sure if he didnt that kid might buy another set of lines for 300 but its 1 pair i dont smell a lawsuit in the making!!
ITs not like he is selling 200 pairs of invaders at that price!!

We are the number one Burton dealer in CA and as such we have exclusive e-commerce rights pertaining to that account. I'm glad you noticed how good our pricing is thanks for visiting the site.

He's offering "any size" meaning he is obviously not buying them retail he's taking advantage of Line's Gold Form Pro deal on the Invader which he is then in turn going to sell at keystone plus 10 which would get him fired from his shop if they found out. It doesn't matter how many pairs he iligitamately pawning off.

MAP priceing has no grounds in some thing like that, but if you want to make it legit you have to have a sales tax.

My message it to the jackass hailng down on the seller of the invaders. The law in the arena of fencing is very blurry, the only way that this situation is truly fucked is if he stole them, multiple pairs, and is selling them. Still Line and yourself have no stake in that.

i dont understand all of this? if you buy any skis you have to sell them for the same price as they are selling for online?????? wtf? so i buy a pair of line skogens 3 years ago for like $500, and ride the shit out of them. What do i have to do try to sell them for $500 again? i dont get it, are you like a line dealer? or what? what if he just bought them real cheap or won them in a comp? he has to sell them for 299? someone wanna fill me in

^ the seller said "any size", which most likely means he can get them by proform, so he's a line dealer, i guess.

if you buy something, used or unused you can sell it for whatever people will pay. what they are saying here is if he is affiliated in any way with line, ie owns a shop or is a line rep or something, and gets the skis wholesale through line and does not sell them for the MAP line has set, that is illegal and line could come back and sue him for it or something. Im sure this becomes an illegal act when he signs a contract or whatever with line that will allow him to get wholesale prices.
now if he bought them legit and is just selling them cheap thats peachy because then line would have sold them for the MAP to this guy and then this guy would be losing money.
i believe the pro form thing would be if he works in a shop or something and gets the skis for wholesale prices.

not everyone realizes what is going on here. This guy is posing as a shop, with the all sizes part. Shops that cary line are required to sell at a certain price. This guy is selling under the minimum, which he's not allowed. Of couse people are allowed to buy skis and sell them for whatever they want.
