i need to know how to drill holes into it wihout cracking it. it's really thin, something like .080, if anyone has some suggestions please help me out

you mean overhead sheets? if thats what your talking about it shouldnt crack at all maybe rip if your way to hard with it ha ha

what i did is used a big drill bit and drilled about halfway in, then used a little one and went all the way through, so the screw isnt drilling into the acrylic, and that just the head is holding it in, and it didnt crack
