New skis???

i'm looking for some new skis this year. last year i had fujatives but i want something that can handle midwest ice better and the occasional trip out west.

i'm 5'7 130 lbs
i'm a begginer and can do 3's and 270's off rails
do mostly rails because theres no good jumps here in ohio

any suggestions would help

Find something stiffer. Maybe the new PE's.

If you do mostly rails, maybe you should get a more park oriented ski? Are you doing the icey slope of ohio, or do you just know they're there. Anyway, PE's would be good if you actually ski the sloped, and fujatives if your a rail person.

i ski probably about 65% park and 35% "all-mountain(hill)" but i wasn't satisfied with the fujis last year when it came to ice and when i went out west. i was thinking some thing like the pe, karma, or chronic? about 170?

The new PEs are sick but the topsheet gets beat up real quick. If you plan on keeping your Fujatives, you should go with a bigger ski. There are lots of deals floating around the boards for MSPs and ARVs, those would be great sticks for you, especially for the trips out west.

im selling the fujatives because there too small. what about length... like 170?

PE's
-good price
-stable all mountain (good on east coast ice)
-very durable
those skis are hard to beat, but there are nicer skis, it just on what you like. but these skis are solid, and a good starting point.
