they seem pretty creative with a girl in a bikini in the ad. if they have to use a girl to grab your attention than I can only imagine how the skis are.
when you get to a certain width the way the ski works changes dramatcially...I have skied similar "one-offs" made by tahoe locals that where between 130 and 145 at the waist...the side surf is amazing and allows you to really "slarve" around steeper terrain...
worth getting if you live in the mountains and can afford a ski that you will only use a few days a year...
ive never skied them...but when i saw them, they were heavier than any other ski in its market...and seemed way to blah! could be wrong tho.. no idea how it skis
ahh slarve, slide-carve? It is a very useful tool in the steeps, the spatulas really excel at that, though anything huge will do it, i just think the spats do it in a smaller package. Ha i just called spatulas small.
i broke my two pair of spatulas last season...both in front of the toe-piece...oh well
i frankenstiened the two remaining skis, fixed some edges and use em with a set of naxo A.T. bindings.....they work well but I like my chiefs a little better for the majrity of my BC days
yeah bro totally sucks...two skiers trying to make their own ski and bring something new into the scene as an independent...sucks that unlike like other so called core companies they did it themselves...
yeah bro totally gay that they invested the money and time to make a killer pow/big mountain ski
WHAT THE FUCK damn man thats getting out of control and rediculous. why dont we just start skiin on wake boards 1 to each foot. that takes away from skill in the sport of skiing. although great for pow
