ive skiied freestyle for a year, and i weigh 150 lbs. i plan on really steppin it up this year with my 05 1260's, but i need some good bindings that will fit in my bugtet range(no more than $120) and that will last me a while
Man i'm 5'11" 165 and I ride rossi power axial 100's (same as p10) and my din as at 6. I never once had a pre-release and they always pop off when i need em to. the look/rossi bindings are good, you don't need a high din, plus just the remember the higher the din, the more likely it'll stay on and fuck you up. In my experience i've only seen one person get hurt cause his binding popped off, but i've seen 50+ people get fucked cause their skis stayed on.
I weigh like 140, and only keep my din an 6 on my p10s. they work perfectly. but yeah... right now on skiershop.com you can get last years p10's for $145 i think. its a decent price.
Personally I am 6', 165-170 lbs and I rock the Look Nova 11s because I got them for really cheap, I think like $80 off of ebay brand new. I would obviously prefer the P12s, but the Nova's really have never been a problem. I ski pretty damn hard, pipe, east coast ice, park, trees, pretty much everything and I havent pre released or anything like that consistantly.
