Burton AK 2L Denim Black Vent Pant

K so I just bought a pair of these off of backcountry.com.

Then I got an e-mail saying they have a trade agreement with Burton and will not ship to Canada.

I can not find this in the Vancouver BC area anywhere. Does anybody got some suggestions as to where I can find these?
