I, actually my sister, needs to find an example of an "e-mail record used to convict corporate mangement of fraud or other wrongdoing". Any ideas or thoughts on running a google search? Thanks.

that talks a little about how enron and some other high profile cases relied on alot of email evidence to prove what people did know and didn't know. I'm not sure if that helps but I'm sure you can build off it.
