Yes i know they don't play the best teams in world cup qualifying, but it isn't their fault they are in the division they are in. FIFA decided on the CONCAF and all those teams. Last year in the world cup they beat Mexico, and barely lost to Germany on a very questionable goal. Germany made it to the world cup finals. I know rankings are just rankings too, but you can't say the US national team sucks, because it just isn't true anymore. 1998 world cup, they sucked royal ass. 2002 world cup, they kicked some ass and turned some heads. Soccer really is on the upbeat in the US.

Yeah I know they don't suck. They're a pretty average team but the thing is that they come no where comparing to the likes of other World Cup teams such as Spain and Brazil.

o by the way guys the US national team is pretty damn good....give america 5 years and we will be #1 they were 6-1 in qualifiers for world cup

Yea pussyfooter proved he was an idiot in the last thread about if soccer was good or not, but ^you have to keep in mind that the US doesn't play any european teams in qualifying. Not knocking them, cause I think they are sick, but just saying. I think they will do well in the upcoming world cup in may/june.

whoooaaa im sorry i love 99% of sports but you cannot put football on the top, no way. yes it is hard yes you get hurt, but any game that has to be reset every 13sec for a new play is stupid, there is no coninuous play. i hate football
