Replying to Firewalls and BitTornado

I cant get things to work anymore on bittorando and i thing its because of a firewall. i disabled my windows one but it hink my router may have one 2. Instead of disabling them could someone explain ports to me or give me some ports that i can add to both firewalls to make it work?
