I just bought the foils, haven't riden them but the flex pattern feels pretty sweet, and they seem really stable (descently wide, and not floppy noodles). I'm pretty sure the thrusters are very comparable to last years 1080's.

I wouldnt waste my money on a those skis. They both have foam cores and break down easy, Why pay that much meny for such shity skis, when you could get better stuff for cheaper or even better stuff for 30 or 40 dollars more.

A good pickup line is

Do you eat a lot of lucky charms, cause you taste magically delicous.

exactly. despite what salomon might say, those foam cores break down, and especially with park riding, they break down fast. if you are very aggressive, the ski might be "dead" pop wise in 20 days. go with a wood core ski, for your sake

the thruster is pretty much the same as the 1080, and i think i'll go wiht the foil this year, only because i can get it a lot cheaper than any other ski, i realy hope the core will be able to hold up as i'll be skiing around 75-85 days this year

o what, i just bought some last year 1080's cuz ive always heard that they were like the best skis n stuff, i havent drilled um, there 171's any one want to buy um for like 300ish?

Brand new pocket rockets feel very nice in your hands but we all know what happens to the Isocore after some hard landings. Whats funny though is that you can break most soods down the same way ity's on'y carbon fiber and metal that don't break down in skis and neither make for very plush park skis.

Wow, you may have the worst taste in graphics. They are pretty boring and ugly.

i like the graphics too. simple and clean, which suits me. i'm still torn between which one i want to get as well. the thruster is the same as the old 1080, which i have, and love. the foils seem a little beefier, but i dont know if i want something that fat for park.

i think its easier to play around on rails on a narrower ski. i've been on everything from a 75 waist to a 92 waist in the park, and rails are much easier for me on a narrower ski.

the foils a sick ski, i couldnt tell u about its durability tho cuz i only skied them once, but when i did ride them they were very very nice
