Replying to Line warentee

this is really stupid question. so i have some 1260s that i bought 2 years ago, i broke the tip on them. and i dont a receipt or anything. could i get them warrenteed? i never really thought about it before becuz i dont have a receipt and shit anymore. but i thought id ask becuz they always say that line tries to help everyone.
