Are these any good? They look pretty sick. How do they work with a Giro MX? Would the Ransom's work better?

well the motive is a newschool edition of the 80s series which is their best seller of all time this season it comes back beefed up with dual lens and dula layered face foam and anti fog treated lens the are a contemporaryt goggle with a retro twist they are helmet compatible meaning the strap comes out of the front of the frame therefore making the strap go around the helmet and have the goggle and the helmet flush making them more comfortable so to answer your question people know stuff so yes theyre good and they will go good with that helmet you mentioned
