Battery life

im running a Samsun SC-D 353 handy cam this year and the battery life is about 1 hour at room temp...so in the winter its gunna blow. does anyone have any tips for preserving it? i have a soft, insulated case for it, but should i buy extra batteries, and is there anything else i can do to max out my time?

Buy extra batteries, keepthem as close to your core as possible (inside fleece pocket) and rotate them regularly. Buy as large capacity batteries as you can too because even the cheapest camcorder should last more than an hour at room temperature - you've probably got a small battery just now.

my samsung came witha one hour battery, so i spent $80 and bought an 8 hour one. i'll sell you it with my whiole fucking cam and everything for $130.

as long as the battery doesn't drop below operating level, if it's cold it will last longer.




My weiner is probably harder than yours.

yeah just buy an 8 hour battery they are big and killer in the cold
