i just made this video of some jumps last year and sent it to solomon and k2. what other companies should i send it to? i am relly good, so im pretty sure they will at least give me some free stuff, i know i probably wont make it on to the 1080 team right away, but i think i will get there eventually.

quite frankly no matter what you do its fairly useless unless you know someone face to face, or they see you ski. They wont give you jack shit unless they know you have a good personality and really like their product, companies dont sponsor people who are just looking to get free shit they sponsor people who can represent their company well

I don't know if i'll be a pro right away, but i know i can get hooked up at least.......... doesn't sound good, start gettin ur name out there and get on a smaller company. work ur way up.

lots of time when companies sponsor someone, they dont just look at what the person can throw down, they look at the personality and style. if you look at all sponsored skiers, they all got a different style. just look at evan raps and tanner hall. couple of white boys that think they are black. but they got style and people like that. so im not doubtin that you are good, but soem of it depends on personality and style. good luck man.

I doubt they will pick you up just because you made a video that looks good, you should make a resume telling them who you are, what you want to do for the sport, competition results (if you have any), what you plan on doing this year, where you see yourself in the next five years. Tell them where you live and where you ski at and what type of skiing your best at. If you ride salomon skis tell them how great they are and how you would like to promote their products in your area and places you travel. Give them some pictures not just of skiing have one just of you. You already have a video thats good. If they don't write you back, keep sending them stuff, send it as many times as you need too not just once. Good luck.
