Things like art history are important to gain a general knowledge base for such varied fields as PR, design, and uh, oh ya, everything else.

My art history class was taught very well. It could have easily been the most dull class available, but the teacher made it very interesting by tying in social, economic, and political movements and how they affected the art/architecture. He also prepared lectures prior to class so each one was thought out and didn't meander through the period. His enthusiasm made a huge difference.

Also: attendance is probably crucial in a class like that unless you're studying a lot on the side. You have to know what art/architecture the teacher thinks was important.

Classes can be a whole lot better if you care. If you didn't care going into it, you probably should have dropped it, as you should now know.

ya art history is prolly the shittiest class... it's boring as shit and you gotta know alot of useless stuff.

I care, thats the thing that makes this so shitty. it is however easy to not go to this class and get the content you need. all you need to do is get the numbers for the pictures in the book to review. If I study more, im sure ill do fine, its just a bitch. oh and i sure as fucking hell hope she curves this test!
