This thread seems like bullshit but I'll reply anyway. If you just need the money for show, pawn all your stuff until you have 3 grand, and then go get your stuff back after your prove it. Alternatively you could find 9 of the biggest meanest guys you know and pay them each 100 dollars to cover your ass, or you could take a 900 dollar vacation until the heat is off...
