Possible to rock a dual monitor set-up? What other stuff will I need to set it up?

    i must say that would be pretty sick to have two of those huge 30" apple cinema monitors set up for that little tiny mac mini
    i dont think it has enough graphic memory or not enough of some techincal thing i dont know about to do it though
    it might work with some smaller monitors though

    i got a mac mini with bluetooth, airport extreem, wireless mouse+keyboard....i would recomend going with 80 gig....and 1000m/ram is fine....combo drive...but that might be included now, it was extra when i bought it. its a great little machiene

    Yah, I'm gonna go 80gig. 1gb of RAM. Superdrive(DVDRW+DVD) and built in bluetooth and airport extreme. Plus two 15 inch flat screens.

    the video card in the mac mini isnt that great. You may have to upgrade it to support a dual monitor high resolution set up.

    i wouldn't say its a low end computer...its great for home use. its small, and powerful enough to do most things
    i recomend one to anyone!

    yeah, it's slower than all the other mac computers though, except the eMac maybe. It's still good.

    And if I get the higher end model, have an external HD(160) along with an 80gb internal, dual monitors, and upgrade to 1g of RAM I'll be damn happy.

    It's easier to understand what is going on in a timeline for a video editing app. I think FCP has native support for a second screen, Avid and Premiere Pro probably do too, but it lets you view your canvas window full screen in full res.

    it gives you more space to work with. I use dual monitor setup all the time. I am in computer science and the dual monitors come in handy when I am programming. I could have my editing program on one and the terminal running the compiler on the other.

    no, smaller monitors wont matter, and yes it has enoug, but i dont think it has enough connections is all.
