there is most likely a premier at blue mtn ski area in PA, unfortunately not to the same scale as the one in utah though.

On the big posters it says free to first thousand. and you just need to bring a little ticket thingy. but that is about max capacity and i was told that was just a gimmick to get people there. more than likely it will be totally free to everybody.
