yeah, so my mom bought me a pair of scratches last year before the 04 season. i plan on riding them again for the 05 season. but, over the last year, i grew a LOT. so, now my scratches are really short for me. (i am 6'2", skis are 158). so, you can see what i mean by short. i told her that ill be needing new skis next season and she spazzed our and said shes not getting me any more skis. so, it looks like ill have to be using my hard earned money to buy my skis next year. =/

The only thing my parents have bought me that has to do with skiing is, $20 scott goggles, a helmet, and my $130 pass, and those were all christmas presents.

yeah for real you lil tool. oh no! mommy wont buy me skis! wah wah wah! skis are cheap as shit. (you can whine about stuff being expensive when you get into DH mountain biking, and a decent bike runs about 5 grand) i could work one solid weekend and have enough to buy a new pair at full retail. get a job, and buy some new ones. ive paid for ALL my shit since i was 14 and im 19 now, and ive had new stuf every year. and yah know what? when you buy your own shit, you dont get yelled at for wanting something. you want it? buy it. its that easy. so, bottom line, sac up and get a damn job.
