Skis for my bro!

My brother is a pilot in the Navy and he's now stationed in Whidbey Island, Washington. Whidbey is 2 hours from Mount Baker and, he will be going there every weekend he's not over-seas. Here's why this is all relavent:

He needs skis, boots, and bindings

Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 205 lbs.
Skiing background: Used to be an expert skier, raced for High school. Went to college down south hasnt skied in 8 years now.

*he's asked me to help find him skis, but he wants some all mountain skis, he said he'll get twins if he needs to but, he doesnt really have a need to get any.*

I would highly recommend the B2 or B3 from Rossi. They perform amazingly well on all facets of the mountain from crud and pow to ice and even surprisingly well in the bumps. It has a partial twin so he can start riding switch and getting used to it. If he decides park is for him, he can easily sell them because they hold value pretty well, and get some park skis. Tell him to rock on and thanks for serving the country!

^dude those skis are pretty soft for a 205 ex-racer. Get him the new Nordica Eliminator, Fischer AMC 73, or Dynastar Legend 8000.

ya he raced 8 years ago though...throwing him on some big stiff skis isnt the best idea. Like triple strum said buy the b2 or b3s, use them a season and then you can sell them if you want.

You'd get a better response over at the TGR forums, pretty much everyone on here rides twins, so we don't know much about non twins.

^speak for yourself brotha man. I still think the B3 is a perfect choice for him. It is a little soft, but 205 isn't enormous either. I think he would love the way they ride
