sugar and app will try to be first to open before thanksgiving depending on weather. hawksnest will open shortly before christmas. everyone else should be open around thanksgiving with a few trails. app will be the only ones to have and stuff set up in the park.

the first day they are open it will be lower big apaal. fromt he mid station of the doubel/quad. So you get like 150 vert feet. They should have a rail set up on the side.

By the decmber weekend where you spend $5 for a lift ticket, they will def. have rails up, prob the full big appaal and maybe some other trails. thats what is was last year

go to their website. Look at the trail map. The main slop in the middle is big appal. It's divided into upper and lower cause ones a "black"(really a blue), and the other is blue below a mid station(only used for a few days int eh early season). It's just a wide slop that they make snow on first.

They should try to build a small jump at the beginning of the season. They should have most good features up around chrsitmas time, I'm not sure. Some app kids shoudl reply to this, cause I hardly ever go to app(will change this year), I just read all the stuff about it. They had a nice 30-40 footer at the end of last season in like february and march. They have slopestlye and big air comps the last few weekends. I WILL be there this year.
