Replying to snowmaking capacity

good lord i just talked to the guy at my hill and he said that if it would stay below 28 degrees for 36 hours they would have enough snow to open!!! that is unbelievable. they have 48 snowmakers on one tiny little hill. He said it is about 2200 gallons of water per minute. that is serioulsly amazing that is like a full blizzard. and the way the wind generaly blows keeps the snow on the right run the entire time. i am so excited next week i think they will open!!!!
