Pvc tubing kink question

how should I mount the pvc on a kink? I don't wanna catch an edge. What should I do about that?

I've never done kinks with PVC. What you might do is make 2 or 3 rails, then just set them up close to each other so they're touching, then you could do switchups from one to the other. I don't know how you would connect them tho. Maybe someone else has a better idea

if your going to kink it, cut out a V notch like you would with meatle (the notch should be no bigger then you want the kink) then blow tourch it to bend it. This works well for the down hill kink but the down to flat could be a little sketch.
