move to a hurricane zone- have no food and fresh water, get diaahreaa (sp) and then start crapping liek crazy. your weight will drop like crazy and that pudge will go away.

or you could just do like a million inverted situps and donate to help the people hit with such insane shit.

umm how to lose fat lets see ummmm, diet and excerise maybe? Situps and crunches might build your ab muscles but you can't just "target" fatzones to lose. Your body will determine where to burn fat from if you have a caloric defecit. If anything building your ab muscles will only make your stomach stick out more. find out what your matinence caloric intake is (how many calories you eat every day for a week with no gain or loss in weight) cut out 500 calories a day from your matinence and Viola! 1-2 pounds of fatburn per week on metabolism alone. Throw some excerise in there and you can look anorexic like all the other highschool girls

sit ups and crunches wont get rid of that. they dont work it hard enough. get a chin up bar, and hang upside down on it and then do sit ups, or do inclined sit ups wit weights behind your head. but um, from your pictures you definitly dont look fat.......at all. you girls are so silly....

1.Get off NS, 2.Become anorexic, 3.Run all day 4.Stop school because it does not allow you to do that) Take drugs that help you to run all day. 5. At night sleep(if you really have to) on a bowflex, that way when you wake up you can work faster.

In 3 weeks you should be dead that means you will not have to bother about your appearance...

Problem solved.

-You could also become more fat and work for Roussion creating a machine to move you...

(Nah just joking haha... Do more exercise like abs and cardio(go biking!) and you should be allright. That is what I do and it works.)
