Replying to rail construction...

alright, me and my buddy are going to erect a grinding rail out of some pretty dope old soccer goal posts...they are probably 2 inch diameter and right around 7 or 8 feet long. They are identical in their figure both having a curve in the bar more than 90 degrees conected to an additional foot(roughly) of pole. I was wondering what exactly would be the most efficient and fairly simle way of forging the rail...( I probably wont have access to a welder )
