im 6'4 and i weighed 230 5 months a go and some how i lost 60 lbs from walking eating good .. got really depressed for e acupple months that didnt help and i started smoking alot of weed so all of that got my down to 170 look alot skinnyer and my parents thing im on crack and my friends all thing its fucked and are trying to get me to gain some weight they all think im goingto die soon

no i understand that, seeing as i lost about 50lbs a few years ago. he lost all the weight through stuff like taking a shit before and lost a bunch of water weight by sweating it off. so he probably lost a pound at practice from actual calorie burning, but lost a shitload of waterweight. not to mention the fact that he hadnt eaten for 2 or 3 days.
