Dude it really doesn't have a lot to do with the guns it's more of the upper class citizens of new orleans (most of whom are white) are getting preferential treatment and aid, while the others who cannot afford shit are having to go get what they need, maybe if bush's administration would be helpful there wouldn't be this sentement, yes he was out of line for what he said, but it doesn't or shouldn't be related to guns in this situation.
