Replying to Skiing in Scandinavia

I'm thinking about going to one of these countries to study for a semester on an exchange program, and I was wondering if any of you could help me decide where to go, Of course I need it to be close to a ski resort with park if possible! :) By the way, I'm going from september until january or february max, so tell me when does snow start there please!
