I tried practicing running and throwing my feet forwards to a flat back and round off a 1 metre diving board.
I now have a dislocated shoulder and torn rotator cuffs.
Should I have tried this off the platform instead of the board - the board was springy and seemed to throw me right off!
Any tips and is this something I should master before I do it again on snow? I can do backflips with twists etc. off the 5m platform no bother so if its not essential then I'll spair myself the pain of nearly ripping my arm off in the future.
Bawb, I can trace this wanting for abuse back to your childhood i see it all the time. See growing up you had two dads, whereas everyone else you knew had a dad and a mom.
