I busted open my lip, 3 stitches, a whole lot of pain, 24 hours later, and im still really freaked out about my fall...
i was on a trampoline yesterday, trying some tricks i had only just done the day before (mistys and bios pretty much, and lincolns), but that i had had no trouble with, except the occasional false bounce and a fall off the trampoline... but so i decided to do a higher lincoln than the day before... so i tried about 5 times, but i kept just barely landing on the tramp, because i was meaning too far forward, not enought to the side, so i was going at a 45 degree angle to the other side... so i try on the 6th one to lean more to the side, i launch, and when i come around, i it the metal bar that hold the springs with my feet, my head collides with my knee, my lip is turned to hamburger...
im sewed up ok, though 2 stitches have popped out, but im wondering, how can you get the confidence to try again? i landed the lincolns no problem, and then i fell 5 times and hurt my self the next day...
how can you bounce back (nice pun) and do them again?
any tips would be nice..
