Reconsidering skis? think its a good idea

after the line sia thread i decided maybe i should at least put thought into buying some other ski. but i dont know what. I originally planned on getting a pair of line invaders in 171. but since i found out that they will not be getting to the usa until late october, i dont want to have to put up with any other changes so i need help deciding what to do, if you have any ideas for me, i want something around 170 and im looking for something cheap. like not over 350, but already i have thought about the dynastar trouble makers in 165 for $300, dynastar phil Belanger in 175 for $300

its late october now and i dont want it to keep changing and end up halfway through the season, i dunno why im worried but i just noticed other skis like the last years scratches on d-structure for $234

Folks,

Line's doing this for you, so please, stick with it. We wanted to be able to make skis like the invader at a great price, and there's no way we'd have been able to do it without starting a new factory. Starting a new factory is tremendously complicated and is taking slightly longer than expected. However, we're still going to get the skis to you in early october, far before you'll start using them (unless you plan on spending your first day on a set of concrete stairs).

well im not only thinking about other skiis cuz i want them right now it just made me think, cuz i didnt even look at other skis, i watched the line invader movie, and i wanted them, and i ordered them without even thinking, so thats why im even thinking about it. chances are ill stick with em though

hey, im not gonna change skis, you still think they'll get here early october? i heard late october from jonathan j, but on getboards they did say early october anyway, well i guess ill just stick with them, im sure ill be way happier with them than with a pair of scratches, or something else, and i know if i dont buy them someone on my mountain will have them and ill think there sooooo sweet.

If you talked to Jordon Judd today and he said late October, I'd say trust him because he's the product manager. Last time I talked to him (probably about a week ago) the latest update was early october

How many days do you ski a season though? I ski 130ish+ Most skis are quite fucking shot at that point unless you ski groomers. Skis arn't meant to be skied more than 100 or so times I don't think. Imagine your average person how many times will they ski on a ski over the course of 10 years? 100 times max prolly.

they said they'll most likely come before but they said october just so nooone gets pissed at them for promising like sept or something and have something happen

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.

ive been on my tms about 180 times and they are shot. they were all last season too. i dont have the cash for a new pair of skis though so ill probably be trying to get another year out of them.

dude do u realize how many days that is?! 180? thats pretty much insane and i know for a fact you didnt log that many days last year. im sure ice is scary goes everyday and hes only at 130, my brother goes damn near everyday and gets about 110 each year. a little bit over exagerated, maybe? i think so
