Website + video help

So basicaly, i have this movie on my computer that i would like to post imbedded in a blog, and i would like to know how to go about this:
is there a way to upload it to the blog, or do i need to upload it to a hosting site, then use an html code to play it from there on the blog? if so, what is this html code? how can you imbed the player into the site and can you choose quiktime or windows media?

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

you have to upload it to your webspace, then use html to embed it... quicktime or wmv, either will work
Ill see if I can find the code for it

alright, so its embedded, but not playing very well... the autoplay is set to "true", so it should start playing when it is ready, and only then, right? because when it starts, ist the first frame that shows, but the music and sound keeps going... im assuming that is an internet speed problem right?
