I don't know if this has already been posted but I was reading through old freeze mag the november 04 issue and i was reading the parkasaurus section and there was an article that is labeled "super stoked" and it talked about the winner of level 1 superunkown video contest and Corey vanular won it and it goes on to say later in the article that "for his efforts Vanular was awarded sponsorship deals with Spy and Dynastar in his addition to his free pass to June Moutain." I thought this is really cool and i was super stoked to hear that.

because i thought it was the coolest thing ever how many skiers send in a video and end up with full sponsorships and then become a well known name in skiing? and he's the same age as me so i was imagining what it would be like if it had happened to me.............i guess i get stocked easily and its a good story

I think Vanular was set to make his mark on the skiing world one way or another anyway but I still think the Superunknown contest was an awesome idea.

Yeah man, I used to ride with him like 2 years ago. He was so much better than all of us it was proned to happen. That kid has so much talent its rediculous. All i gotta say it Holladay Valley REPERZENT.
